Kruger or Sabi Sand: which should I choose?

Sabi Sand for game viewing, and for leopard in particular: the reserve permits off-road traversing and limits how many vehicles share a sighting. Kruger National Park for scale and value, with the trade-off that you stay on public roads. The wider Greater Kruger reserves sit between the two on both price and exclusivity.

Which South African safari areas are malaria-free?

Ask a travel-health professional for current advice on the areas and dates you are considering. We can discuss alternative reserves in line with that advice.

How many nights do I need in a South African reserve?

Compare the listed night counts with your arrival and departure arrangements. Additional nights may give you more time at the lodge, but there is no single length that suits every trip.

When is the best time to travel?

The best dates depend on the region and the activities you want to include. Check the timing guide, then ask us about the lodges and dates you are considering.

Do these prices include flights from the UK or the United States?
