Bird watching
The Zambezi National Park is a true bird haven with 447 different bird species having been recorded here. Our unique river system cut into the Zimbabwean shoreline provides refuge and safe passage for may little water birds, the open grassland provide a different birding experience all together, and the spring line walks yet another birding opportunity. Combining all these, it would not be unreasonable to view sixty species in a single day. A true birders paradise.
Game drives
Our experienced guides will take you out both morning and evening on a drive through the Park which is home to four of the big five, as well as many other plains game species. Our vehicles are set up to be both comfortable and spacious allowing you to sit back, relax and marvel at the splendour Africa and our hospitality have to offer.
Game walks
Conducted by a fully licensed and highly experienced professional guide, usually undertaken in the mornings, ideal for photography of big game on foot.
Helicopter Ride
An exhilarating flight over the Majestic Victoria Falls. An unforgettable experience! Views that can only be seen once in a lifetime.
Recreational fishing
The Zambezi River is home to one of the best game fish in Africa, the Tiger Fish. Tiger living within the Upper Zambezi complex means they are more powerful and leaner than those Tiger found in the Lower Kariba Dam complex. Why not try your hand and get ready for a fight. All fishing is done on a catch and release basis.
Sunset drift among the islands
Our comfortable boat is ideal in getting us upriver where we observe some of the water creatures of the Zambezi, these include hippo, crocodile and Cape Clawless Otter. With an evening drink in hand and deliciously prepared evening snacks on board this is the perfect way to end off your day.
Victoria Falls Guides Tour and Curio Shopping
A guided tour of the magnificent Victoria Falls rain forest (park entry fees not included) as well as a visit to the Victoria Falls curio market.
