Flying from Entebbe over the stunning Ugandan countryside, you will go to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park and track gorillas through the dense rain forest. Entebbe - Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Arrive at Entebbe International Airport and connect to your scheduled domestic flight to Kisoro Airstrip. Your driver-guide will be waiting to welcome you and take you on a scenic drive through the beautiful hills and local villages of Kigezi to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.

Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Today is the big day! Prepare yourself for an encounter with the gentle giants—the rare mountain gorillas. For most people, this is the absolute highlight of their tour. You will go into the forest in groups of no more than eight in search of the primates. En route, your guide will point out previous signs of gorilla activity such as dung, nests, and chewed bamboo shoots. Your trek will be an exciting journey along forested slopes, entwined vines, bushes, and bamboo. Upon finding the gorillas, you will spend a maximum of one hour with them, after which you will be led back to the starting point.

03Day 3

Day 3

Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

After breakfast, you will depart at your leisure to pay a visit to some of the local communities for a cultural experience. These are historically hunter gatherers who have lived in the montane rainforest for the past 500,000 years. Visiting these communities enables you to learn more about their ways of living, survival skills, and so much more. Later you will buy local crafts and experience traditional music and dance.

Day 4

Bwindi Impenetrable National Park - Entebbe

After an early morning breakfast, your driver-guide will drive you to Kisoro Airstrip for your scheduled domestic flight to Entebbe Airport. At the airport, you will connect to your flight back home, marking the end of your safari.
