Day 1

Nairobi to Tsavo West National Park – Safari Begins

Your journey kicks off with an early morning transfer to the Nairobi Terminus, where you’ll board the Madaraka Express train bound for Voi Train Station. You'll enjoy scenic views of Kenya’s coastal landscapes, gradually blending into the wild savannah. Upon arrival at Voi Train Station, your guide will meet you and transfer you to your safari lodge inside Tsavo West National Park. After lunch, you'll head out for an exciting afternoon game drive, where you'll encounter elephants, zebras, giraffes, and possibly the elusive big cats. You'll return to your lodge in time for dinner and a restful night in the heart of the wild.

02Day 2

Day 2

Exploring the Wild Heart of Tsavo West National Park

You'll start the day with a hearty breakfast at the lodge before heading out for a mid-morning game drive, when the park begins to stir with life. Journey through Tsavo West’s diverse landscapes in search of elephants, buffalo, giraffes, and other wildlife. Later, you'll visit the Mzima Springs, a serene oasis where hippos and crocodiles glide through crystal-clear waters. Continue to the Shetani Lava Flows, a dramatic volcanic field offering stunning photo opportunities. You'll spend the afternoon relaxing at the lodge or opt for a guided nature walk. You'll end the day with a sunset game drive before returning for a delightful dinner under the stars.

03Day 3

Day 3

Tsavo West to Nairobi– Return by Train

After a leisurely breakfast, you'll check out of the lodge and enjoy a final short game drive en route to Voi Train Station. You'll board the Madaraka Express train for your return journey to Nairobi, taking with you unforgettable memories of Tsavo’s wildlife, landscapes, and serenity. Upon arrival, you’ll be transferred to your hotel or residence, or the airport, marking the end of a memorable safari.
