Johannesburg to Kapama Game Reserve

Guests are collected from OR Tambo International Airport. The route to Kapama Private Game Reserve in the Mpumalanga Province takes you from the wide-open spaces of the Highveld, down the escarpment and through the scenic Lowveld region. You will arrive at the camp around midday, to start your special adventure. After a light lunch and some time to settle in, you’ll depart on a sunset game drive in an open safari vehicle. After enjoying the African sunset, you head home to the lodge to arrive in time for dinner.

Exclusive personal private Engagement safari today

For today you can arrange a private safari drive during which your guide will set up a special picnic or whatever the soon-to-be fiancé has in mind, usually without any pre-knowledge of the fiancée-to-be for it to be a surprise. The options are countless and may include balloons, champagne, a cheese and wine platter, whatever is wanted and pre-arranged with the camp. The couple or husband-to-be can customize the whole event according to his and his beloved’s taste. Head back to camp to phone friends and family to tell them the good news and enjoy another starlit dinner and a good night’s rest.

Day 3

Game Drive and Departure

Today the couple can enjoy the normal morning game drive along with other guests – and of course more accompanying congratulations – to experience the dawn of a new day and period in their lives. You will be back for a hearty breakfast, after which it would be time to pack up to leave for your trip back to OR Tambo Airport.
