Nairobi – Amboseli National Park | Scenic Drive & Afternoon Safari Experience

Your luxury safari adventure begins with an early morning pick-up from either Airport (JKIA) or your Nairobi hotel, where you will meet your professional safari guide for a briefing before departure. Begin the scenic drive south through the beautiful Kenyan countryside towards the magnificent Amboseli, a world-renowned wildlife destination famous for its spectacular landscapes and iconic backdrop of the snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro. Arrive at your luxury lodge in time for check-in followed by lunch, after which you will have time to enjoy a brief rest while taking in the tranquil atmosphere and exceptional lodge amenities. Later in the afternoon, proceed for safari activities inside the park where you will begin encountering Amboseli’s rich wildlife including elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes and numerous bird species while enjoying incredible photographic opportunities across the vast open plains. Return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.

Exploring the diverse ecosystems of Amboseli National Park

After breakfast, depart with packed essentials for a full day exploration of the magnificent Amboseli National Park, one of Africa’s most celebrated wildlife destinations known for its open plains, seasonal wetlands, and breathtaking panoramic views of snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro. Spend the day traversing different sections of the park in search of Africa’s iconic wildlife including large elephant families, buffaloes, cheetahs, hyenas, antelopes, hippos, and abundant birdlife in their natural habitat. During the day, enjoy a well-prepared picnic lunch served in a scenic wilderness location, allowing you to maximize your time exploring the park. Continue discovering the park’s diverse ecosystems and capturing memorable photographs before returning to your luxury lodge later in the day for dinner and overnight stay.

Amboseli National Park – Nairobi

Thereafter, proceed with check-out and begin your comfortable journey back to Nairobi, enjoying scenic views along the route as you reflect on the incredible safari experiences and unforgettable wildlife encounters enjoyed over the past few days. Arrive in Nairobi in the afternoon where you will be dropped off either at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) for your onward flight or at your preferred city hotel, marking the end of a memorable luxury Amboseli safari experience filled with comfort, adventure, and exceptional African wildlife encounters.
