01Day 1

Day 1

Fly to the Kruger

Today you will depart Johannesburg OR Tambo Airport for your flight to Hoedspruit Airport. You will be met on arrival at the airport and transferred to Hamiltons Tented Camp. Depending on the time of arrival, you can enjoy lunch. This evening enjoy your first game drive in the Kruger National Park. Return to camp for dinner and overnight stay. The tented suites have teak floorboards, mosquito nets, slipper baths, a private plunge pool and a view of the seasonal river. The suites are linked to the main lodge area by raised timber walkways amongst ancient Jackalberry trees.

02Day 2

Day 2

Exploring the Kruger Park

This morning enjoy an early morning game drive by one of the experienced rangers, thereafter return for breakfast. You will have some free time during the day to enjoy the facilities of the camp or any optional activities. This evening enjoy a game drive followed by dinner. As one of the first private concessions in the Kruger National Park, the team has worked tirelessly to ensure the sustainability of this pristine wilderness that for over 100 years has been a sanctuary for over 114 reptiles, 34 amphibians and 147 mammal species, including Africa’s Big Five. Keen birders will delight in the hundreds of bird species that call Kruger home, including the Southern Yellow-billed Hornbill, Crested Barbet and Burchell’s Glossy Starling.

03Day 3

Day 3

Departure

Depart early morning on a game drive for your last opportunity to view the incredible game and hopefully spot some of the Big 5. Return to the camp for breakfast and check-out. You will be transferred to Hoedspruit Airport for your return flight back to Johannesburg.
