Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary offers an exclusive safari experience set in rolling hills, open savannah, and acacia woodlands between Tsavo East and Tsavo West. The sanctuary is home to elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, buffalo, antelopes, and rich birdlife. Its smaller size allows for excellent game viewing with fewer crowds, making it ideal for a peaceful and exclusive safari.

Mombasa – Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary

Early morning departure from Mombasa to Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary. You'll arrive in time for lunch at Salt Lick Safari Lodge, uniquely built on stilts overlooking a waterhole that attracts wildlife throughout the day. After lunch and a short relaxation, you will proceed on an afternoon game drive within the sanctuary. Despite its compact size, the sanctuary hosts elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, buffalo, various antelopes, and rich birdlife. You'll return to the lodge before sunset for dinner and an overnight stay.

Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary– Mombasa

You'll have an early morning game drive followed by breakfast at the lodge. Later, you will check out and enjoy a final en-route game drive as you depart for Mombasa, arriving in the afternoon.
