Day 1

Flight from Zanzibar & Game Drive in Northern Serengeti

Start your exciting adventure with an early morning transfer from your hotel to Zanzibar International Airport, ensuring you arrive in time for your 8:00am. Upon arrival at the Serengeti airstrip around 10:30am, you will be warmly welcomed by your safari guide, who will brief you on the day's itinerary before embarking on a scenic drive towards the Northern Serengeti. This region is renowned for its dramatic migration crossings, where thousands of wildebeest and zebras brave the crocodile-infested Mara River. After an exhilarating start to your safari, you will pause for lunch around 12:30pm, either at a scenic picnic spot or at your lodge. In the early afternoon, you will continue exploring the vast savannah, with opportunities to witness the Big Five—lions, leopards, elephants, buffalo and rhinos—alongside cheetahs, giraffes, and numerous other species. By 6:30pm, you will arrive at your lodge, where you can relax and freshen up before enjoying a delicious dinner.

02Day 2

Day 2

Morning Game Drive and Flight to Zanzibar

Wake up early for a sunrise game drive, starting at 6:30am. Early mornings are the best time for game drives because predators are most active, and the Serengeti comes alive with movement. It is the ideal time to spot lions hunting, herds of elephants making their way to water sources, and various bird species beginning their day. After an exhilarating morning of wildlife viewing, you will return to the lodge for breakfast at 9:30am and prepare for your departure. Around 10:30am, you will be transferred to the Serengeti airstrip for your 12:00pm flight back to Zanzibar. Upon arrival at 2:30pm, you will be met and transferred to your hotel or onward destination, marking the end of your unforgettable two—day Serengeti safari.
