Your luxury safari begins with a morning drive from Arusha to Tarangire National Park. Known as the realm of elephants, Tarangire boasts the largest population of these gentle giants in northern Tanzania, wandering peacefully among ancient baobab trees. As you explore the golden savannah, keep your eyes peeled for lions, leopards, and vast herds of zebra gathering along the life-giving Tarangire River. You will enjoy a curated picnic lunch amidst the wilderness. In the late afternoon, you will ascend the breathtaking Great Rift Valley escarpment to your exquisite accommodation. You will spend the evening relaxing at the Lake Manyara Serena Safari Lodge, where traditional luxury meets sweeping, panoramic views of the lake below.
