Grande Provence Wine Blending Experiences
Wine blending packages include the following Package 1: A blending session with the Wine Ambassador, wine tasting and lunch, for R725.00 per person. Package 2: A blending session with the Wine Ambassador, wine tasting and picnic for R610.00*. Package 3: A blending session with the Estate’s award-winning Winemaker , wine tasting and lunch for R1,200.00. Packages exclude extra beverages and gratuity. Groups with eight guests or more for lunch are presented with a signature set menu. *Picnics are weather dependant and available from 01 March 2016 – 30 April 2016 and 01 November 2016 – 30 April 2017.
The Gallery
The Gallery The Gallery at Grande Provence is considered to be one of the most highly regarded galleries in the Cape, with a reputation for showcasing some of South Africa’s finest established and emerging artists. Regular exhibitions are held with the major disciplines being shown throughout the year. The Gallery exhibits artists ranging from established talents like Angus Taylor, Deborah Bell, Lionel Smit and Leon Vermeulen and emerging young artists such as Phillemon Hlungwani, Jacki McInnes and Nico Masemolo, as well as artists from Europe and America. A carefully selected group of South African masters such as Irma Stern, J.H. Pierneef and Hugo Naude are also be available to collectors. The Sculpture Garden has a continually evolving collection of monumental works in a variety of media. Opening hours: 10h00 – 18h00 The Shop The Shop, adjacent to The Gallery, offers finest quality African artefacts, stunning photography and smaller collectables, as well as a superb range of designer jewellery by Ilse Malan. Opening hours: 10h00 – 18h00 (October – April) and 09h00 – 18h00 (May – September).
