Situated on a private concession bordering Amboseli National Park, Kitirua Plains Lodge is a sanctuary of contemporary design with a deep respect for its natural surroundings.
The lodge's architecture, featuring curved walls and fluid rooflines, seamlessly blends into the undulating landscape. From each of the 11 standalone suites and two two-bedroom suites, guests are afforded uninterrupted, postcard-perfect views of the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro rising on the horizon. The interiors are a tribute to local craftsmanship, with natural textures and subtle Maasai-inspired details. Beyond the elegant suites, the lodge offers a spa, a gym, and a swimming pool that integrates into a natural wetland, creating a truly harmonious and immersive safari experience.

Expert-led game drives in the early morning and late afternoon take you directly into this extraordinarily biodiverse habitat. Elephants are the stars of the show (and generally the easiest to spot), but Amboseli is also home to a tremendous variety of species, large and small.
